Powerseal Coating

Thanks to years of development and the latest technologies, PowerSeal® coating is of very high quality. The hard coating, which includes nickel and silicon carbide, provides a wear-resistant surface that significantly extends the life of the cylinder.

By manufacturing under climate control, we deliver a perfect final product with the right dimensions. The corresponding piston is calibrated by us. We adjust the thickness of the cylinder wall to this to achieve a perfect fit. This results in better running characteristics of the cylinder.
