STEP 1:
Read carefully the return steps and return conditions on our website, here you can find extensive information.

STEP 2:
Mark on the return receipt which item(s) you wish to return or exchange and send the form to info@powersealwebshop.nl, wait for our approval before sending the return.

You may fill out return form via computer or print it out, fill it out, take a picture of it and send it to our customer service.

TIP: fastest option and assured of your product place a new order. We will refund the return amount within 14 days of cancellation.

STEP 3: Put the items, which meet our return conditions, back into the shipping box or bag (unworn). In your package you will find a slip on which you can write your order number and name, please add this to your return shipment.

Can’t find this strip? Write your name and order number on a bill and include it with the item in the box or bag.

STEP 4:
After agreement over the mail from our customer service, take the return shipment to a parcel point. You can send the package to the address below:
