PowerSeal gives you the opportunity to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving it. You can find more information about returning your order under the question “How do I return or exchange my item”.

Terugstuurbeleid
PowerSeal garandeert een volledige terugbetaling van geretourneerde artikelen, op voorwaarde dat ze zich in de originele staat bevinden waarin je ze hebt ontvangen. This means the returned items must be unused and undamaged with all tags attached. Items must not have been altered in any way. All returned items are individually inspected in our warehouse. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We ask that you pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. We also recommend that you request a shipping receipt from the parcel point to track your return. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we may pass on the depreciation to you. This depreciation can be as high as 100%.

We recommend that you carefully open the shipping box and original packaging so that you can use it again to return the order in if necessary.

Als je je artikel wilt ruilen voor een andere kleur of maat, stuur dan je ongewenste artikel terug en volg onze retourstappen onder de vraag ‘Hoe retourneer of ruil ik mijn artikel?’. Tip: snelste optie voor omruilen en verzekerd van je product, plaats een nieuwe bestelling we storten het bedrag van de retour binnen 14 dagen na ontbinding terug.

Retourkosten
De retourkosten zijn afhankelijk van de verzendmaatschappij/ pakketpunt die je kiest waar jij je pakketje laat retourneren. Check on the site or at the parcel point what the shipping costs are of the respective shipping company (examples of shipping companies: PostNL, DHL, DPD).

Wettelijk herroepingsrecht
Ons retour- en annuleringsbeleid voldoet aan de eisen van de wet. The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and not to businesses.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Gevolgen van intrekking
We streven ernaar om alle betalingen die door jou zijn gedaan tot de datum van herroeping, inclusief de leveringskosten**, binnen 14 dagen nadat we op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing tot herroeping, terug te betalen.

** Are you having the entire order returned? Then you will receive a full refund from us including shipping costs. Are you having part of your order returned? Dam you will be refunded the purchase price of the items you specified by us, excluding shipping costs.

We will refund the amount of your return using the same payment method you originally used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may delay the refund until we receive the items. The return must be made no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the items before the 14-day period has expired.

Voor bestellingen die je via internet doet, geldt de Wet Kopen op Afstand. During the trial period, you should handle the items and packaging carefully. You may view the products, but not put them into use. You should only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we may pass on the depreciation to you.

If your return is not reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the order, the contract becomes binding.
